Returns, Replacements, Refund & Cancellation Policy 

We focus on complete customer satisfaction. In the event if there is a Technical Manufacturing defect with the product we will accept a return / replacements upto 7 days from delivery date and refund the amount as per our refund policy.

Refund after deduction of Payment Gateway Fees (5%) + Packaging + Logistics Fees (5%) + Two way Shipping Charges

We ship 100% QC Passed / Tested Products which generally are packed properly to face the shipping and will not be damaged however in case of genuine reasons we shall try our best to try and replace the product in case its not serviceable 

Return of Product after Order Receipt / Product Not Working / Damaged
Incase the product Damaged / Not Working the customer has to inform immediately (within 24hrs) on phone/whatsapp/email  on 9311737848 / support@techcommerce.i

Cash On Delivery (COD): In case of COD order Shipped out and not accepted by customer the token advanced of 20% shale be forfeited towards the Payment Gateway, Shipping, Packaging and other Logistics charges.
All Refunds will be made to the same account / mode which the payments have been received by us 

Product Opening Videos at the time of receipt shall be mandatory to be shown for such cases and shall be considered only if its a genuine claim
