We focus on complete customer satisfaction. In the event if there is a Technical Manufacturing defect with the product we will accept a return / replacements upto 7 days and refund the amount as per our refund policy.

All Refunds will be made to the same account / mode which the payments have been received by us

We ship 100% QC Passed / Tested Products which generally are packed properly to face the shipping and will not be damaged however in case of genuine reasons we shall try our best to try and replace the product in case its not serviceable

Returns Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your request needs to have Order #and date of Purchase 
  • Always Specifiy the reason of request for return
  • Once you have the Return Authorisation from our team follow the Return Process Below
  • No Returns shall be accepted without the Return Authorisation 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Product Opening Videos at the time of receipt shall be mandatory to be shown for such cases and shall be considered only if its a genuine claim

Cash On Delivery (COD):

💰 COD Orders: Rs 500 min. order value.

💳 Prepaid Orders: Rs 200 min. order value.

💰 Payment: COD: 20% online, 80% on delivery. Prepaid: Full payment online.

💸 COD Charge: Rs 35 per COD order.

💡 Important: Rs 500 min. order for COD.

COD Order Cancellation :In case of COD Order Shipped out and not accepted by customer the token advanced of 20% shall be forfeited towards the Payment Gateway, Shipping, Packaging and other Logistics charges.

Please allow us a few days for our accounts team to process the refunds if needed. All Refunds will be made to the same account / mode which the payments have been received by us
