Returns, Replacements, Refund & Cancellation Policy
✅ Return Eligibilty
- An uninterrupted unboxing video clearly showing the issue is mandatory
- You must provide Order Number, Date & Reason through our Support Page
- Pre-approval is required for returns; refunds/replacements will be processed only after inspection and verification of the defect
🔄 Return Process
- Initial troubleshooting will be done through phone (📞 Call: +91 9311737848 ) or Video Call.
- If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, the customer may ship back the product with proper packing and all accessories .
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless stated otherwise .

If on receipt of the product at our service centre it’s found that:

Product is in working order – No refund will be made. The customer must do pickup at their own cost .

Product working but compatibility issue at customer’s side – No refund OR partial refund may be made after deduction of applicable expenses based on situation .

Product damaged by customer during installation/use – No refund will be made. The customer must do pickup at their own cost .

Products that are used, mishandled, or physically damaged by the customer

No unboxing video or defect not visible in the video

Missing original packaging, invoice, or accessories

Orders returned due to wrong/incomplete address – re-shipping charges will apply
🛑 Cancellation & Refund

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped (whether COD or prepaid)

If cancelled after confirmation but before shipping – 5% deduction will be applied (gateway & processing fees)

If cancelled after shipping – 10% deduction (gateway + processing) + shipping charges will be applicable
📦 Bulk Orders

No refund/return on bulk or wholesale orders except in case of a verified manufacturing defect
