Returns, Replacements, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Introduction

At TechCommerce.in, we are committed to providing our customers with a reliable and satisfactory shopping experience. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we request you to contact our customer care team immediately. Our team will assist you and, at our discretion, arrange for a replacement or suitable resolution.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team by emailing support@techcommerce.in or by calling the provided contact number.
  • Once the cancellation request is received and approved, the order will be cancelled and the refund will be initiated within 24–48 business hours.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Returns Policy

  • Return requests will only be considered in cases where a wrong, damaged, or manufacturing-defective product has been delivered.
  • All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date through the ‘My Account’ or Support Page on our website.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging and all components must be intact
  • Customers must upload clear images of:

  • Damaged or Defective ProductsIn the event of a damaged or defective product, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost, subject to verification. To facilitate this process, customers are required to upload:
  • Invoice image
  • Clear photographs and a product opening video of the damaged or defective product
  • Images of the outer packaging
  • The product will be picked up by our logistics partner or returned as instructed and delivered to our warehouse/service centre. Once received and inspected, the refund or replacement process will be initiated.

⏳ Refunds may take up to 15 days after the product has been received and verified.

In case of an incorrect or incomplete order, customers must notify us via email or phone within 72 hours of receiving the order.

  • Returns Will Not Be Accepted For
  • Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
  • Products with tampered packaging or product labels
  • Incidental or cosmetic damage
  • Products returned without all original components or accessories
  • Products returned in a condition different from that at delivery
  • Mandatory Details for Claim Submission
  • To ensure smooth processing of return or replacement claims, the following details must be provided at the time of claim submission:
  • Claim intimation within 48 hours of delivery
  • Uninterrupted unboxing video (mandatory) – Maximum size 3 MB
  • Image of the outer box (front side where invoice is pasted)
  • Images of the SKU (front and bottom view)
  • Reason for the claim
